Operation and function adjustment of fluidized bed dryer:
1. Start up procedure
a adjust the exciting force of vibration motor to make the machine reach the required amplitude;
B start the induced draft fan;
C start the air supply fan and pay attention to whether the direction of the air supply and induced draft fan is correct;
D adjust the parameters to reach the required value and stabilize within a certain range;
e start the vibration motor. The amplitude shall meet the requirements (full amplitude);
2. Precautions after starting the machine and before normal operation:
a pay attention to the operation of the machine when starting. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection;
B in case of contact and friction with auxiliary equipment, the machine shall be shut down immediately for adjustment;
C if the connecting bolt is loose and abnormal sound is generated, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and the loose screw should be tightened again.
