Through reasonable air-cooled cooling process, the waste heat of the system can be fully utilized for drying, so as to realize efficient energy-saving production. 2、 Process characteristics
1. The hot flue gas from rotary kiln and annular cooler is used for blast drying and exhaust drying on the grate, and the length of each section can be adjusted according to the performance characteristics of concentrate;
2. The pellet is continuously rolling in the rotary kiln, and all parts are heated evenly, and decomposition, oxidation, desulfurization and consolidation reactions occur at the same time, so that the pellet has sufficient mechanical strength and uniform quality;
3. The ring cooler cools the roasted pellets to the temperature that the belt conveyor can bear by air cooling, so as to store and transport.
