Haomai dry chicken essence production line sent to Yunnan

As the second generation compound condiment, chicken essence is popular among the public for its delicious taste, convenient use and rich nutrition. Based on the digestion and absorption of foreign advanced equipment and technology, the company independently developed the chicken essence production line.

Recently, with the joint efforts of the project participants, the chicken essence special production line designed and produced by our company for a food development company in Yunnan Province was completed on schedule. The delivery of the equipment has been arranged this morning, and the staff will be sent to the installation and commissioning in the near future.

Production process of chicken essence:

Design of chicken essence production line

1. According to the nature of the material and the choice of the demander, the dryer adopts vibrating fluidized bed drying, and the equipment configuration adopts semi-automatic arrangement. The whole set of running water reduces 3 to 4 people compared with the traditional drying configuration.

2. The crusher adopts saw tooth type automatic suction and discharge unit (or with dust removal).

3. Granulation is a new rotary granulator specially designed for chicken essence.

4. The vertical high-speed special mixer for chicken essence is adopted.

5. The liquid adopts automatic quantitative device and peristaltic pump.

6. The granulation and feeding are controlled by frequency conversion.

7. A square vibrating screen (or connected in a vibrating fluidized bed) is used for grading screening.

8. The flat conveying of finished product is food grade belt roller drive conveyor, and the finished product is lifted to bucket conveyor.

9. Mobile dedusting box is adopted for dust removal of mixer, vibrating screen and premix box.

Equipment and characteristics of chicken essence production line:

1) Crusher: 30b sawtooth crusher

With the new transmission system, the rotary teeth and grinding chamber are finely polished, which effectively avoids the adhesion of materials, and makes the cleaning more convenient and fast; the screen adopts advanced punching and welding technology, which greatly increases the service life, and ensures the uniformity of chicken essence particle size, making the taste more delicious and easy to food fusion.

2) Mixer: ghj-350 new high speed mixer

This equipment is suitable for the mixing of powder particles with high viscosity or high aggregation. It has good mixing effect and can get uniform mixture in a short time. It is not easy to damage the original state of materials, and improve the quality and uniformity of chicken essence production line.

3) Granulator: zl-300b new rotary granulator

The grinding knife and pressing blade are made of stainless steel, and the quality of chicken essence is guaranteed to be clean and not discolored under the bucket seat. The mesh size of the mesh screen cylinder can be determined according to the requirements of the particle size. Its device is fixed by three bolts and is easy to install and disassemble. Through the direct transmission of the motor, the transmission gear box makes the grinding knife and the pressing blade make the relative rotation movement, so that the material is forced to squeeze to the screen cylinder, so as to ensure the granulation rate and granulation effect of the chicken essence production line.

4) Dryer: non standard 4500 drying, cooling and sieving machine

The equipment adopts spring vibration isolation instead of rubber pad, which improves the service life and reduces the noise pollution of the whole machine. All the equipment are made of high-quality stainless steel materials and are finely polished. The whole machine adopts circular arc structure with no dead angle design inside, and is equipped with multiple cleaning doors, which makes the cleaning very convenient and meets the requirements of GMP.
