Compared with traditional fluidized bed or other convective and conductive drying equipment, the internal heated fluidized bed dryer has the following characteristics:

① The convective and conductive drying method has high thermal efficiency and can save energy by 10% - 30% compared with conventional convective drying.

② The built-in tube bundle can provide more than 60% heat, with small bed area and small floor area.

③ It needs small air volume, small auxiliary equipment and low power consumption.

④ Small exhaust capacity, low tail gas treatment load and small dust entrainment.

⑤ Under the action of intense air flow, the particles in the material layer collide and scour with the heating surface of the tube bundle continuously. The heat transfer coefficient of the material layer is higher than that of the ordinary conduction drying method, and the processing capacity of the dryer is larger.

⑥ The particle size range of the material is wide, and it can run stably between 50-80um.

⑦ A large amount of water can be removed at lower temperature, the material retention time is longer, and the treatment process is mild.
