Henan customer 15 cubic spiral belt mixer and large disc dryer delivery site

Introduction of 15 cubic screw belt mixer

1、 Working principle:

The machine is composed of a container, a screw mixing blade and a transmission part: the spiral blade is generally made of two layers or two layers. The outer layer of spiral collects the materials from both sides to the center, and the inner layer spiral transports the materials from both sides of the center to form convection mixing.

2、 Application range:

The screw belt mixer is generally used for mixing viscous or agglomerative powder particles and mixing liquid and paste materials added into the powder. Meanwhile, due to the difficulty in cleaning viscous materials, it is suitable for mixing in the situation of large output and infrequent variety change.

Driven by the direct reducer, the mixer rotor rotates in a directional manner. In the process of rotation, on the one hand, the screw belt pushes the material along the axial direction, on the other hand, it lifts and throws the material to the front and top of the spiral belt. The outer spiral belt always makes the material move towards the middle of the cylinder, and the inner spiral belt makes the material move from the middle to both ends. Thus, the material forms two circulation materials in the movement In the process of repeated circulation, the materials are fully mixed.

3、 Structure of screw belt mixer:

The screw belt mixer is a horizontal cylinder, with multiple spiral belts symmetrically distributed on a single axis. The mixer cylinder is U type (or cylindrical), and there is a feed inlet on the top cover or the upper part of the cylinder. A single shaft rotor is installed in the cylinder. The rotor is composed of shaft, cross brace and screw belt. The screw has two layers and three layers. A discharging device is installed in the center of the bottom of the cylinder body (the discharging device is divided into pneumatic discharging and pneumatic discharging), which is generally manual discharging (Note: the pneumatic discharging shall be specified when ordering, and the price shall be increased). The machine can also be made into a hot and cold jacket type for vacuum mixing drying.

Introduction of 2200x14 disc dryer

The new type disc continuous dryer is a new product improved on the basis of the traditional disc dryer. Its structure is more reasonable, adaptability is wider, fault reduction and maintenance is more convenient. It has the advantages of continuous operation, closed operation, high evaporation intensity, reasonable humidity gradient distribution, low power consumption and small floor area. At the same time, its configuration is simple, it does not need to provide the cyclone dust remover which must be equipped with spray drying, and does not use hot air as heating medium. Therefore, the product loss caused by the separation of hot air and dust from the tail gas will not occur.

The disc continuous dryer is composed of a drying plate, a rake arm, a number of rake leaves installed on the rake arm, a roller, a main shaft, a transmission device, a shell, etc. the hollow drying plate is filled with heating medium. The drying plate is divided into large plate and small plate. The drying plate is arranged horizontally in the dryer. The drying plate is still. The material moves from the inside edge of the large plate to the inner edge of the small plate under the push of the rake blade. The material moves from the inside to the outside of the small plate and falls into the large plate from the outer edge of the small plate. The material is transported, turned and Archimedean spiral track on the surface of the drying plate In the process of movement, it is heated by the drying plate for heat and mass transfer to complete the drying operation. According to the output, property, initial and final moisture content of the material to be dried, the number of drying tray layers (drying area) is determined. The disc dryer works vertically. The wet material is added by the feeding port at the top, and discharged from the bottom of the dryer after passing through each layer of drying plate. The whole drying process is closed. The water vapor released from the material is directly discharged into the atmosphere by the exhaust pipe on the top of the dryer. The main component of the tail gas is water vapor, which is not entrained by the dried products.
