1. After the operation of vacuum disc dryer is finished, please turn the temperature adjusting knob to 0 degree position to reduce improper startup and prolong the service life of solenoid valve.

2. Remove the cotton residue on the temperature sensor regularly. When it is found that the temperature difference between the temperature regulator and the thermometer is too large, generally about + 5 degrees, one may be that the temperature sensing rod is not placed properly, and the other is that there is cotton wadding on the temperature sensing rod.

3. The drying temperature should be set correctly according to the drying conditions of the clothes, so as to avoid the shrinkage of the clothes. 4. If some dry cleaning clothes need to be dried, the residual agent on the clothes should be completely volatilized before putting them into the machine. 5. Grease must be added to the bearing seat every month to ensure the lubrication of the bearing.

6. Before daily use, the cotton wadding filter screen (lower box door) must be cleaned. If the filter screen is blocked, the air volume will be reduced, resulting in slow drying and non drying phenomenon, and waste of energy.

7. The carbon powder (black) on the gas stove must be cleaned every week to prevent the inhalation of drum and pollution of clothes.

8. The time setting of the "cold" timer is usually about 1 / 4 of the "hot" timer time.

9. The exhaust pipe and elbow must be cleaned once a month. If not, the drying time will be prolonged, and too much cotton wadding will block, which is easy to cause fire.
