If the atomizer is completely blocked, it can be judged from two phenomena: first, the pressure of the high-pressure pump rises suddenly; second, the tower outlet temperature increases significantly. If the atomizer is partially blocked or can not be completely atomized, the pressure change of the high-pressure pump is not obvious, but the outlet gas temperature of the dryer will be significantly increased. Choose the right filter
The filter is the equipment for filtering impurities in the filter material liquid. The selection of the filter screen mesh should be suitable for the inlet channel and aperture of the atomizer. Generally, the mesh diameter of the filter is 0.2 times of the inlet channel or aperture of the atomizer.
Set up monitor
The camera is set at the position where the atomization state can be observed, and then the atomization state is transmitted to the monitor in the control room in time, so that the operator can grasp the atomization state in time and find out the fault in time
Use air pressure or compound atomizer
This atomizer has the dual functions of airflow atomizer and pressure atomizer. When the pressure of high-pressure pump has not reached the atomization pressure, compressed air is used for atomization, and the compressed air is stopped when the high-pressure pump works normally. In the same way, if the atomizer has abnormal atomization for some reason, this method is also adopted to prevent the occurrence of wet materials.
