Spray drying machine is open type circulation, and flow type, centrifugal atomization. Description of main process systems:
1. Feeding system: it is composed of feed pump, relevant valve group and pipeline.
2. Atomization system: it is composed of high-speed centrifugal atomizer, cooler and circulating oil pump.
The atomizer is a vertical two-stage motor, which increases speed through two pairs of gears, and the linear speed of atomization disk is more than 120m / s. The motor drives the transmission shaft through the coupling, the transmission shaft drives the intermediate shaft through the gear, and the intermediate shaft drives the main shaft through the gear. The atomization disk is installed at the lower end of the main shaft, so the atomization disk can quickly turn the slurry into a continuous and uniform mist, expand the specific surface area of the particles and form a good heat exchange with the clean hot air, so that the water can be evaporated and vaporized instantly by the induced air The fan is drawn out and emptied.
The main bearing of atomizer is imported SKF Bearing. The transmission shaft and intermediate shaft bearing is the advanced radial thrust ball bearing in Harbin. The main shaft, intermediate shaft and transmission shaft are made of high-quality alloy steel through forging, heat treatment and grinding. 5. Product collection and tail gas treatment system: composed of cyclone separator, discharge valve, induced draft fan and pipeline.
6. Control system: the whole set of equipment adopts centralized control, including relevant signal acquisition and automatic control system.
7. Special design for wall sticking
Wall sticking: the material is adsorbed on the wall of drying chamber, and the material properties are changed after staying for a long time. Caking falls into the air duct and blocks the air duct, which makes the equipment unable to operate continuously. The mixture of small pieces of material and powdery material causes the product moisture to exceed the standard.
There are two types of wall sticking
1、 The dry material is adsorbed in the drying chamber wall. In this case, the design of the tower failed and the atomization radius and the diameter of the tower did not match. This situation has never appeared in the practical application of our company.
2、 The dry powder is adsorbed on the drying chamber wall. The dry powder and the inner wall of the tower can not be avoided to contact, for some materials with poor fluidity, it is easy to adsorb on the inner wall of the tower. Our solutions are as follows:
(1) Special design of hot air distributor, reasonable air distribution.
(2) It is made according to the European Union standard. It can improve the surface finish of the inner wall and make the material difficult to absorb.
(3) : the equipment is specially designed in the process of making, which is convenient for users to do anti-static treatment.
(4) A pneumatic hammer is designed at the appropriate position of the tower body to knock the tower wall periodically. Reduce adsorption.
