Boiling dryer is a new type of efficient drying equipment developed by our company. It can be used with swing granulator or high efficiency wet mixing granulator. It has a wider fluidization range than the traditional horizontal XF fluidized bed. Features of boiling dryer:

The clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeding is boiling by the hot air. Due to the wide contact between hot air and material, the process of heat and mass transfer is increased, so it can be dried in a short time. Enter from one end of the bed, after several tens of seconds to several minutes of boiling drying, it will flow out automatically from the other end of the bed. The equipment is generally operated under negative pressure.
