Working principle of flash dryer: hot air of rotary flash dryer enters the bottom of dryer tangentially and forms strong rotating wind field driven by agitator. The paste material enters into the dryer by the screw feeder. Under the strong action of the high-speed rotating agitator, the material is dispersed under the impact, friction and shear force. The block material is quickly crushed, fully contacted with hot air, heated and dried. After dehydration, the dry materials rise with the hot air flow, and the large particles are intercepted by the grading ring, and the small particles are discharged from the center of the ring and recycled by the cyclone separator and the dust collector. The incompletely dried or large pieces of materials are thrown to the wall of the separator by centrifugal force, and then fall to the bottom again to be crushed and dried.
