Introduction of double cone rotary vacuum dryer for antioxidant T501
SZG double cone vacuum dryer is a new generation drying device developed by our factory in combination with domestic similar product technology. SZG double cone vacuum has two-stage elastic connection mode of belt and chain, so the equipment runs smoothly. The specially designed tooling fully embodies the good concentricity of the two shafts. The reliable rotary joint of American technology is used in the heat medium and vacuum system. On the basis of this, we can develop a stepless speed control system. As a professional drying equipment manufacturer, we serve customers with more than 100 sets per year. Our products are available from high temperature heat transfer oil as heat medium, medium temperature steam and low temperature hot water. When drying sticky materials, our factory will specially design a "copy board" mechanism or set ball bearings in the tank for you.
Principle of antioxidant dryer:
Heat energy (such as hot water, low pressure, steam or heat transfer oil) is introduced into the closed interlayer, and the heat is transferred to the dried material through the inner shell. Under the power drive, the tank rotates slowly, and the materials in the tank continuously mix, so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening drying. The material is in a vacuum state, and the vapor pressure drops so that the water (solvent) on the surface of the material reaches the saturation state and evaporates, and is discharged by the vacuum pump in time for recovery. The moisture (solvent) inside the material is continuously permeated, evaporated and discharged to the surface, and the three processes are carried out continuously, and the material achieves the drying purpose in a very short time.
