Principle of polyurethane material dryer:
SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a double cone rotary tank body. The middle of the equipment is cylindrical, and both ends are conical. One end of the conical top is designed as an open feeding (also as a manhole), and the other end is a butterfly valve discharge. There are three layers inside and outside the tank. The heating medium of the jacket in the middle can be steam, circulating hot water or heat transfer oil, and the insulation layer is medium alkali ultra-fine glass wool, which consumes little energy; materials are put into the inner layer. The proper drying temperature can be selected according to the different physical properties of materials. Generally, variable temperature drying method can be used. In the early stage of drying, the temperature is low, and the temperature is gradually increased to increase the drying rate. When vacuum pumping and heating are started, the drying speed is slow. When the material is heated to the vaporization temperature of water, the drying speed will be suddenly accelerated.
