HZG Series Single Rotary Drum Dryer


WORKING PRINCIPLE

Rotary Drum Drier is a kind of dryer with rotating cylinder body which is a little bit incline. The wet material is loaded from one end from the screw material adding device continuously, and is stirred by the bafflers that are uniformly distributed in the barrel.

The material is uniformly distributed and dispersed in the dryer and fully contacts the hot air of counter flow. When the material passing through the cylinder inside surface, it will contact with the hot air circling inside and being dried .Most of the dried product will be discharged from the other end of the dryer. Small part of the fine granule goes into the cyclone separator with the exhaust air. The powder will be separated and collected, and the exhausted air will be ejected to the atmosphere. During the drying course, the material will slowly move to the lower end from the higher part recur to the slowness rotating of the cylinder.


APPLICATION


This dryer widely used in the following industries:

-       Drying large particles and heavy material for chemical, mining, metallurgy and other industries, such as: mining, blast furnace slag, coal, metal powder, fertilizer, ammonium sulfate.

-       Drying powder or granular materials which have special requirements, such as: HP vesicant, lees residue, precipitated calcium carbonate, activated clay, magnetic powder, graphite, dregs.

-       Drying the material which required low-temperature and continuous drying process.

HZG Series Three Rotary Drum Dryer

DESCRIPTION

Three rotary drum dryer is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, coal, fertilizer industries to dry the materials which certain humidity or granularity. Such as coal slurry, metal powder, blast furnace slag, dry mortar, and etc. The requirement of final moisture is depends on different industry and the final moisture can be controlled at 1-0.5% or less. The material should not stick to the wall of the dryer and lifting plate. The heat exchange temperature dryer should not be higher than 750°C. If the material requires be dried in a very high temperature, the inner cylinder of the dryer and the lifting plate should use heat resistant steel plate.

FEATURES

-       The inner wall is made by wear resistant manganese plate which is 3-4 times stronger than ordinary steel;

-       If the materials initial moisture is15%, the final moisture can be 0.5-1% or less, which is suitable for drying slag powder of cement plant or dry mortar production line;

-       The thermal efficiency is 40% which is higher than the traditional single rotary drum dryer;

-       The fuel can use anthracite, bituminous coal, coal, oil and gas. The dryer can dry 20-40mm blocks, pellets ,and powder materials;

-       Easy for installation. The occupied area is 60% less than the traditional single rotary drum dryer which required lower construction investment,;

-       No air leaking out from the dryer which is completely solve the sealing difficulty;

-       The material discharge temperature is ≤60 °C , and the dried material can be stored without shed cooling;

-       The temperature of outer cylinder is ≤60 °C, the temperature of exhaust gas is <120°C, which extend the usage life of dust collector bag 2 times or longer;

-       The energy consumption is 40% lower than traditional single rotary drum dryer.

The dried material will enters the outer cylinder and the temperature will be reduced to 50~60℃ before material discharged from the dryer.
