Introduction of rotary pellet dryer:
The green pellets (iron concentrate powder ore with proper amount of water and binder are made into green pellets with uniform viscosity and sufficient strength) need to be dried, preheated and roasted in oxidizing atmosphere to agglomerate the raw pellets to form iron concentrate pellets. Pellet has good cold strength, reducibility and particle size composition. In the iron and steel industry, pellet and sinter are also important blast furnace burden, which can form a better burden structure together.
Working principle of rotary drum pellet dryer:
The iron concentrate pellet dryer is a cylinder slightly inclined to the horizontal direction. After the wet iron concentrate pellet is put into operation from one end of the dryer, the pellet is evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer under the turning of the plate copying device which is evenly distributed in the inner cylinder, and fully contacts with the hot air of parallel flow (countercurrent), which speeds up the drying heat transfer and transmits to the driving force. In the drying process, the material can move to another star discharge valve of the dryer to discharge the finished product under the action of the inclined plate and hot air flow.

5. The specially designed block wheel structure greatly reduces the horizontal thrust caused by the tilting operation of the equipment.

The rotary drum pellet dryer has made many technical innovations in the material lifting device system, adopting a new type of multi combined material lifting device, which overcomes the "wind tunnel" phenomenon of the traditional dryer, has high thermal efficiency and reduces coal consumption by about 20%. Suitable for a variety of combustion furnace use: high temperature boiling furnace, coal grinding and powder injection furnace and manual coal feeding furnace. The pin column replaceable gear is used in the transmission of large and small gears, which replaces the traditional cast steel gear, saving the cost and investment, and greatly reducing the maintenance cost and time.
Introduction of mesh belt pelletizing dryer:
Mesh belt pelletizing dryer adopts the principle of two-way transportation of mesh belt, which is heated by hot blast stove or dried by flue gas as drying medium. In addition, the utilization rate of ventilation equipment is improved. The equipment has the advantages of compact structure, small floor area, simple operation, convenient maintenance and stable operation. According to the drying characteristics of materials, different hot air circulation drying forms can be designed, which is the extension and improvement of hot air circulation oven.
The dryer is mainly composed of head frame, tail frame, intermediate frame, traction chain, mesh chain, guide rail, automatic tensioning device and automatic heating equipment. The pellet is pressed into a large amount of moisture by the molding machine, and flows into the upper mesh belt of the dryer from the top feed port of the dryer head. The mesh belt runs smoothly to the tail of the dryer, flows into the lower layer along the chute, and then returns to the machine head. In this way, the pellets are gradually dried under hot air baking and sent out from the tail of the dryer.
Features of mesh belt pelletizing dryer:
1. With automatic tensioning device, the mesh belt runs smoothly and turns over freely, so as to solve the problems of chain dropping, chain jamming and deviation.
2. The screen mesh is made of heat-resistant steel wire with high strength, no deformation and good air permeability.
3. The mesh belt is driven by a speed regulating motor, which can adjust the running speed and control the drying time.
4. The digital display of temperature in each section of the dryer is convenient to master and control the temperature in the kiln.
5. Each section of the dryer is provided with a maintenance channel to facilitate the maintenance of the equipment.
6. Hot blast stove heating adopts chain furnace automatic heating equipment, automatic coal loading, automatic slag removal, high thermal efficiency, wide range of coal types, clean and environmental protection, saving labor and time.
7. There are three thermocouples at the kiln head, kiln middle and kiln tail. Smoke gate is set at the flue inlet. In case of mechanical failure, put down the gate immediately to isolate the heat source and prevent fire.
8. The positive pressure air blowing is adopted to avoid entering the cool air due to the loose sealing of the section and the diameter of the drying box, which wastes heat source and increases the investment cost.
9. The ball is designed from the upper low-temperature zone and the tail low-temperature zone. The coal ball is gradually heated from the low-temperature zone and the high-temperature zone, so as to avoid cracking and cracking of the briquette containing 8-10% moisture due to rapid heating, and the damage rate is low.
10. The outlet air temperature of the low temperature area on the upper part of the drying box is less than or equal to 100 ℃, the dust content is small, the service life of the induced draft fan is long, and the operation cost is low.
