The complete drying process of PVC adopts a unique horizontal boiling drying system, which solves the problems of small output and easy fluctuation of water content existing in conventional air flow cyclone drying system, and its product performance index reaches the international standard. Our company has 100000 tons / year, 150000 tons / year, 200000 tons / year PVC drying process equipment, 250000 tons / year PVC drying process equipment, can provide corresponding solutions according to different requirements of customers, with the characteristics of energy saving and high efficiency.

Introduction of PVC dryer:Fluidized bed drying, also known as fluidized bed, is composed of air filter, heater, fluidized bed host, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan and operating platform. The drying chamber is rectangular box type, with an air equalizing chamber at the bottom, and a multi-hole air distributor between the air chamber and the drying chamber. Usually, multiple vertical baffles are set in the drying room to divide the fluidized bed into several small chambers The distance between the bottom of each separator and the sieve plate can be adjusted up and down to make the drying time of materials more uniform. Due to the different properties of drying materials, when matching with dust removal equipment, cyclone separator, bag filter or one of them can be selected at the same time. Generally speaking, cyclone separator is only required for drying granule and granular materials with large specific gravity, while bag filter is required for small granular and powdery materials with light gravity, and pneumatic feeding device and belt are provided Conveyor options.heating mode: steam, electric and hot blast stoves can be used (matching according to user requirements).

Working principle of PVC dryer: the clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is boiling by the hot air. The powder and granular materials are continuously added into the first chamber of the dryer by the feeder. Since the materials are in the fluidization state, they can be freely moved from the first chamber to the adjacent back chamber, and the dried products are discharged from the discharge port of the latter chamber. Due to the wide contact between hot air and material, the heat and mass transfer process is enhanced, so it can be dried in a short time. If the continuous type is used, the material enters from one end of the bed, after several tens of seconds to a few minutes of boiling drying, it will automatically flow out from the other end of the bed. The equipment is generally operated under negative pressure.

PVC dryer performance features:

1. Energy saving and high efficiency. Due to the continuous erosion of the heat exchanger tube wall by the flowing materials, the thermal resistance between the gas-solid two-phase flow and the heat exchanger tube wall is destroyed, the mass transfer and heat transfer coefficient is greatly improved, and the drying cost is reduced.

2. The equipment is stable in operation, long in service life, simple in operation, and suitable for continuous operation.

3. The auxiliary equipment is small. Due to the small amount of air required, the fan, heater and dust removal device are correspondingly smaller, which reduces the investment of the equipment.

4. The fluidization speed is low, the dust entrainment of tail gas is less, and the emission meets the standard.

5. The composite air distributor with special structure can effectively prevent material leakage.
