It is widely used in chemical industry, medicine, pesticide, feed, new material and other industries.

Xuzhou Kangtai Biological Products Co., Ltd. specializes in the production of Ginkgo biloba extract from Ginkgo biloba leaves - Ginkgo brass, ginkgolide and other high-tech enterprises. The company has two GBE production lines, with an annual output of 60 tons of Ginkgo flavone and 300 kg of ginkgolide. It is the front extraction workshop of the Ginkgo biloba extract of Yangzi River Pharmaceutical Group, which is the leader in the domestic traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical industry Extract more than 30 tons. The product has been tested and identified by China Pharmaceutical University, Shanghai Institute of traditional Chinese medicine, Nanjing Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences, etc., and all indicators have reached international standards. Pharmaceutical intermediate dryer:  vacuum drying is to heat and dry the materials to be dried under the vacuum condition, and at the same time, the vacuum pump is used to exhaust the air, so that the working room is in a vacuum state. At the same time, the water volatilized from the materials is pumped away by the vacuum pump, so the drying rate of the materials is greatly accelerated. At the same time, it saves energy. There is no temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the dryer, and the whole machine meets the requirements of GMP drug production.

Suitable for unstable and heat sensitive materials.

Because the vacuum box is isolated from the outside world, it can be used to recover solvent and discharge toxic and irritating gas when drying. The recovered solvent is collected by condenser and buffer tank.

Belongs to static drying, so the shape of dried materials will not be damaged.

The theory of pharmaceutical intermediate dryer shows that: 1

1. The heating temperature is constant, the vacuum degree is increased, and the rate is accelerated;

2. The vacuum degree is constant, and the heating rate increases with the increase of heating temperature;

When the vacuum degree and the heating temperature are increased, the rate will be greatly accelerated.

4. The heating medium can be hot water or steam (steam pressure is 0.40-0.50mpa).

5. The inner wall of dryer adopts arc transition to avoid sanitary dead angle and solvent condensation and condensation, which drops into the first layer of material tray and pollutes the logistics.

Features of pharmaceutical intermediate dryer:

The boiling point of the material solution in vacuum decreases, which makes the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator increase, so the heat transfer area of the evaporator can be saved for a certain amount of heat transfer.

The heat source of evaporation operation can be low pressure steam or waste heat steam and hot water circulation.

3. Less heat loss of evaporator.

4. Disinfection treatment can be carried out before drying, and there is no impurity mixed in the drying process, which meets the GMP requirements.

5. It belongs to static vacuum dryer, so the shape of drying material will not be damaged.
