Scope of supply: double drum scraper dryer
(with raw material tank, closed type, variable frequency speed regulation),
secondary spray tower (PP material of spray tower; including connecting pipe
between fan and tower, connectors, circulating water pump, etc., excluding
pipeline from exhaust port to RTO equipment), connection of various parts in
the system, frequency converter and electrical components.
Control mode: after the drum is started, the scraper is automatically pressed;
the drum speed can be adjusted through the on-site explosion-proof box; the
scraper can be opened manually; the on-site emergency stop can be achieved; the
screw feeder starts automatically with the drum start, and the delay stop (the
delay time is adjustable), so as to ensure that there is no residual solid
content in the screw.
Operation regulation of drum scraper dryer
Feeding: evenly feeding, without too much or too long stop time. Fuel: drum
scraper dryer machine equipment application of raw coal, should be about 600
calories. Furnace worker: store moderate temperature, frequently add coal, burn
thin coal, moderate slag removal, moderate coal.
Check whether the drum scraper dryer, belt conveyor and the connecting screws
are loose, and whether the belt is tight or not. Regularly remove the raw
materials from the joint part of the belt conveyor and the drum scraper dryer.
Check whether the belt of the belt conveyor is deviated and whether the
connector connection is in good condition. It should be adjusted and repaired
immediately.
he mechanic shall immediately add salt free butter and motor oil to all
components, regularly check whether there is abnormal noise in the equipment,
if it is found to be properly handled, regularly maintain whether the parts are
lack, and immediately make up for the lack.
