Working principle of inorganic dispersant dryer:
Typical processes of pressure spray dryer system include air heater, raw material supply system, drying tower, gas solid separation system and control system. During operation, the air in the pressure spray dryer enters the hot air distributor at the top of the drying chamber through filters and heaters, and the hot air spirals evenly into the drying chamber. The feed liquid is filtered through the centrifugal spray head at the top of the drying chamber. It is sprayed into tiny mist droplets. It contacts the hot air with a large surface area. The water evaporates rapidly and is dried into granules at very short time. The wet exhaust gas is collected from the bottom of the tower and the cyclone separator and discharged to the outside by the fan.

The working process of the unit is as follows: the feed liquid is input by the diaphragm pump at high pressure, and then flows with the hot air in parallel. Most of the powder particles are collected by the discharge port at the bottom of the tower. The waste gas and its tiny powder are separated by the cyclone separator. The waste gas is discharged by the exhaust fan, and the powder is collected by the powder collector under the cyclone separator. The fan outlet can also be equipped with a secondary dust removal device, with recovery rate 96% - 98%.
The tower body, pipeline and separator of the unit contacting with materials are made of SUS304. There is an insulating layer between the inside and the shell of the tower body. The heat source of the unit adopts steam heater, electric heater or other types, which has the advantages of convenient operation, fast start-up, compact mechanism and clean hot air.
