The working process of fluorine resin drying unit is as follows: the feed liquid is pressurized into the pressure atomizer by high-pressure pump to atomize the material liquid. The droplets are mixed with the hot air entering the drying tower through the distributor in the drying tower for rapid heat and mass transfer. The products are loose porous spherical particles with particle size less than 0.5mm. The single machine can be installed with one to dozens of nozzles, and the amount of liquid sprayed per hour can range from tens of kilograms to tens of tons. The waste gas is discharged by the exhaust fan, and the powder is collected by the powder collector under the cyclone separator. The fan outlet can also be equipped with a secondary dust removal device, with the recovery rate of 96% - 98%.
The pressure spray dryer has good fluidity and wettability. Commonly used pressure type spray dryer adopts parallel parallel vertical wind field, and the droplets are larger and the drying time is longer. Therefore, the shape of the dryer is mainly tower shaped, so that the fog droplets have enough residence time.
The material of tower, pipeline and separator of fluorocarbon resin pressure spray drying tower and material contact part is made by SUS304. There is an insulating layer between the inside and the shell of the tower body. The filling material is rock wool. The tower body is equipped with observation door, mirror, light source and control instrument, which is controlled and displayed by the electrical control console.
The heat source of the unit adopts steam heater, electric heater or other types, which has the advantages of convenient operation, fast start-up, compact mechanism and clean hot air. In addition, the electric control cabinet is equipped with a control and adjustment device for heat source, so that the inlet temperature can be adjusted infinitely.
