Operation steps of bentonite dryer
1. Check whether the power supply wiring of each fan is reliable.

3. Test run whether all motors work normally.

5. Start: start the induced draft fan of dust collector first, and then start the circulating fan and mesh belt drive motor. After normal operation, turn on the heat source. 6. Shutdown: stop feeding and turn off the heat source after the material is finished. Turn off the circulating fan, and then turn off the induced draft fan of the dust collector.
7. Precautions:
The running speed of the mesh belt can be adjusted by the speed adjustment button on the electric cabinet.
The heating temperature of different units can be adjusted by the opening size of the inlet stop valve (or pressure reducing valve prepared according to the needs of the user or provided by the user) of each unit heater to adjust the heating amount or adjust the front and rear pressure of the pressure reducing valve, and at the same time refer to the reading displayed by the installed temperature sensor.
