Yijie company ordered two sets of xf-0.65 * 3.2 horizontal boiling dryers from our company for drying deoxyarbutin. Deoxyarbutin is a new generation of cosmetics brightening and whitening active agent, mainly used in advanced whitening cosmetics.

Deoxyarbutin boiling dryer:

Boiling drying, also known as fluidized bed, is composed of air filter, heater, fluidized bed host, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan and operating platform. Due to the different properties of drying materials, when supporting dust removal equipment, it can be considered as required. Cyclone separator, bag filter or one of them can be selected at the same time, generally speaking, specific gravity For larger particles and granular materials, only cyclone separator is required for drying, while bag filter is required for small granular and powdery materials with light specific gravity, and pneumatic feeding device and belt conveyor are available for selection.

Principle of deoxyarbutin dryer:

The clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is boiling by the hot air. Due to the wide contact between hot air and material, the heat and mass transfer process is enhanced, so it can be dried in a short time. If the continuous type is used, the material enters from one end of the bed, after several tens of seconds to a few minutes of boiling drying, it will automatically flow out from the other end of the bed. The equipment is generally operated under negative pressure.

The air distribution plate in horizontal boiling dryer has two functions, one is to support the material layer, the other is to make the gas distribution uniform. The size, shape, distribution trend and opening rate of the holes in the distributor have a significant influence on the fluid distribution. If the gas distribution is not uniform, there will be "Circulation" in the bed, which tends to be extreme, and it is easy to cause "ditch flow" in some parts of the bed, while the rest parts are dead bed. At this time, most of the gas passes through the bed in the form of "ditch flow" along some channels in the bed, which makes the gas-solid contact worse. This should be avoided. A good distributor design should be able to restrain the non-uniformity in the bed, that is, when some parts of the bed decrease the pressure drop and increase the velocity of the gas flow, the resistance produced by the distributor should be able to restrain the increase of the gas flow, thus inhibiting the deterioration of fluidization.

At present, most of the boiling dryers use single air distribution plate, and most of them use vertical perforated plate or sheet mesh plate. In the process of fluidization, it is easy to have problems such as uneven fluidization or dead angle, which can not ensure the uniformity of particles. At the same time, a single opening form can not meet the production process requirements of different drugs. On the other hand, in order to reduce the loss of drug leakage, the multi-layer network structure is widely used at present. The airflow distribution plate and fluidized bed body are mostly fixed by a large number of bolts, which makes it inconvenient to disassemble and clean, resulting in residue and cross contamination. Haomai drying suggestion: using computer fluid dynamics model, heat and mass transfer model, in the design of air distribution plate, the parameters such as hole spacing, pore diameter, opening rate are simulated and verified by aerodynamics and thermodynamics, so as to meet the production process requirements of different materials. In the installation mode, the connection mode is made into detachable type to ensure quick installation and thorough and complete cleaning.
