SYH Series 3 D Motion Mixer
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The mixer body will parallel moving, rotating, and rolling with the driving of main shaft, and the materials will reacts 3 D motions (circle, radial and axial direction) along the wall to realize the mutual flow, diffusion, accumulation and adulteration of multiple kinds of materials.
APPLICATION
1. The mixing barrel of the machine moves in multi-direction to avoid centrifugal force, specific gravity segregation, and lamination. The mixing rate is up to 100% and it is the desired product in various mixers at present.
2. The maximum material loading rate can be up to 90 %( 50% for common mixers).It is a high efficiency and rapid mixing mixer.
3. The barrel uses the curve connection and fine polish treatment.
4. The machine is widely used for high uniformity mixing of powder and granule materials in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light-industry, electronic, mechanical, metallurgical, and nation defense industries, as well as for science and technology institutes.
