1. Heater
The function of the heater is to heat the air to the required temperature, and then to dry the materials. The heater generally adopts coal-fired hot blast stove, steam toothed heat exchanger, oil-fired hot-air stove and electric heating, etc. Through the electrical control cabinet, the temperature of hot air can be controlled to meet the needs of drying different materials.
2. Feeding device
The feeding device is composed of feeding mixing machine and screw feeder. The function of the screw feeder is to make the dried materials continuously and evenly enter the flash main engine, so as to ensure the stability of the drying process and facilitate the operation. The screw feeder is equipped with stepless variable speed motor. Through the electrical control cabinet, the feeding speed of materials can be easily adjusted and the drying process can be optimized.
3. Flash main engine
Flash main engine is the main place for drying materials. At the bottom of the drying chamber of the flash main engine is equipped with a stirring blade, which can continuously separate the wet materials, thus increasing the contact surface between the materials and the hot air, and speeding up the drying speed; at the same time, when the material mass becomes smaller, it can be moved upward by the high-speed air flow belt. The upper part of the drying chamber is equipped with a swirl plate. By changing the size of the swirl plate, the residence time of the material in the drying chamber can be adjusted, and the fineness and water content of the final product can be controlled.
4. Blower and induced draft fan
The function of blower and induced draft fan is to make the air form a pressure difference to ensure that there is a rotating upward air flow in the drying chamber of flash evaporation main engine, and the animal feed will move upward. For materials with different properties, it is necessary to adjust the air doors on the blower and induced draft fan to optimize the drying process. promote
Working principle of ZDC flash dryer
The wet materials are stirred and crushed by the feeder, and enter the drying chamber through the screw feeder. The wet materials fall into the bottom after entering the drying chamber. The shear force generated by the stirring is continuously dispersed and dried under the action of hot air. After the cold air is heated by the heater, it enters the drying chamber in a tangent direction through the air distributor with circular annular gap at the bottom of the drying chamber in a tangent direction At the same time, the animal material moves upward along the drying chamber wall. Due to the relatively heavy and large particles of the raw material, it returns to the bottom of the drying chamber under the action of gravity, thus forming a fluidized bed. Because the relative speed between air and material is relatively high, which strengthens the mass transfer and heat transfer, so the production intensity of the machine is high. As the materials are continuously dried and under the action of centrifugation, collision and friction, the particles become finer, drier and lighter. After being sent out from the top of the drying chamber, the size of the finished product particles can be controlled through the cyclone plate on the upper part of the drying chamber. The mixture of air and dried product is separated by cyclone separator and bag pulse dust collector to obtain qualified product, and the tail gas is drained by induced draft fan
Project case:
A chemical plant in Hefei, Anhui Province has been specialized in the production of accelerator ZDC for many years. The original drying accelerator ZDC used box type drying room. 4. Improve the working environment
As the rotary flash dryer integrates drying and grinding, and the whole process is carried out in a fully closed environment, so the dust flying is reduced. If some appropriate measures are taken at the outlet of cyclone separator, no dust can be basically discharged.
