Process Description: it is composed of feeding device, hot air inlet device, cold air, main tower, receiving device, secondary fluidized bed and tail gas system.
The feeding device is generally composed of feed pool, filter, feed pump, stabilizer, feed valve and atomizer in turn. Its function is to atomize the feed liquid into the drying tower by atomizer after treatment.
The hot air inlet device is generally composed of hot air blower, high temperature heat source, inlet air temperature measurement, air inlet pipe and hot air distributor 6. Its function is to provide hot process air for drying into the drying tower to form hot air in the tower.
In the drying tower, the hot process air contacts with the atomized droplet, which acts as instantaneous drying.
The function of the two-stage fluidized bed is to dry the semi-finished products to the appropriate moisture at low temperature, and prevent the finished products from deteriorating at high temperature, which will affect the disintegration performance.
Cold air is generally composed of air blower, heater and air supply pipe, and its function is to lower the temperature of finished particles.
The tail gas system is generally composed of induced draft fan, exhaust pipe and tail gas treatment device. Its function is to avoid environmental pollution caused by bad smell of tail gas and trace dust. In the implementation example, the scheme of water dust removal can be adopted.
