What should be paid attention to when using vacuum dryer?

Many customers do not understand the precautions when using the vacuum dryer. The correct use of the vacuum dryer can increase the service life of the vacuum dryer. What problems should be paid attention to when using the vacuum dryer?

1. The shell must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.

Vacuum dryer should be used in the environment with relative humidity ≤ 85% RH, no corrosive gas, strong vibration source and strong electromagnetic field.

3. There is no explosion-proof and anti-corrosion treatment in the working room of vacuum dryer, and it is not allowed to dry the articles which are easy to be natural, explosive and easy to produce corrosive gas.

When vacuum pump is closed and vacuum valve is closed for a long time, the vacuum pump can not be used for a long time.

5. If the dry goods are wet, a filter should be added between the vacuum box and the vacuum pump to prevent the wet gas from entering the vacuum pump, which may cause the vacuum pump failure.

6. If the dry goods change to light weight and small volume (small particles) after drying, a barrier net should be added at the vacuum port of the working room to prevent the vacuum pump (or solenoid valve) from being damaged by the inhalation of dry materials.

7. The vacuum dryer can not be vacuumized after many times of use. In this case, the door seal should be replaced or the extended distance of the door buckle on the box body should be adjusted to solve the problem. When the drying temperature of the real empty box is higher than 200 ℃, slow air leakage will occur (except 6050, 6050B, 6051 and 6053). At this time, remove the cover plate behind the box, loosen the heater base with an internal hexagonal wrench, replace the sealing ring or tighten the heater base.

8. If it is difficult to rotate the rubber plug of air release valve, it can be lubricated with proper amount of grease. (e.g. Vaseline)

 9. Except for maintenance, do not disassemble the left box cover to avoid damaging the electrical control system.

Vacuum dryer should always be kept clean. Do not wipe the door glass with reactive chemical solution, but use soft cotton cloth.

11. If the vacuum dryer is not used for a long time, the exposed electroplated parts shall be coated with neutral grease to prevent corrosion. Plastic film dust cover shall be covered and placed in the dry room to prevent the electrical components from being damaged by moisture and affecting the use.
