What are the working steps of low cost dryer after operation

After the dryer of Changzhou Haomai drying Engineering Co., Ltd. is in operation, the main circuit and power source of the equipment shall be cut off first, and then the following equipment inspection and recording work shall be done:

(1) After running in, clean, lubricate and fasten the equipment, replace or repair the faulty parts and carry out debugging, so as to make the equipment in a good use state;

(2) Make and arrange the inspection records of geometric accuracy and machining accuracy of equipment and test records of other functions;

(3) Arrange the records of equipment commissioning (including troubleshooting);

(4) For the problems that cannot be adjusted, the reasons are analyzed and summarized from the aspects of equipment design, manufacturing, transportation, storage, installation, etc;

(5) Make evaluation conclusions and handling opinions for equipment operation, handle handover procedures, and indicate personnel and date of commissioning.
