How to ensure the vacuum degree of vacuum dryer

How to ensure the vacuum of vacuum disc dryer? Vacuum disc dryer is our superior product. Vacuum disc dryer is suitable for drying heat sensitive materials with low temperature requirements, such as drugs, vitamins, biological products, enzymes, solvent materials, etc. Wet materials are added to the quantitative feeder which can withstand negative pressure in batches. After the vacuum pump is turned on to make the disc dryer under negative pressure, the materials are evenly added into the dryer through the continuous locking device for drying operation. The dried materials are discharged from the outlet at the bottom of the dryer. The moisture escaping from the material is recovered by condenser and solvent receiving tank, and the whole operation process is carried out under negative pressure.

Working process of disc dryer: when the materials enter the feeding hopper 1, the pneumatic ball valves a and D are opened at the same time, the materials in the feeding hopper 1 enter into the feed transition bin 1, and the materials in the feed transition bin 2 enter the dryer under the action of the mixing device, the pneumatic ball valves a and D are closed at the same time, the pneumatic ball valves B and C are opened at the same time, and the materials in the feeding hopper 2 enter the feeding transition silo 2, the same When the material in the feed transition bin 1 enters the dryer under the action of the mixing device, so repeatedly, the wet material continuously enters the drying plate on the top of the dryer.

The dried material enters the inlet of pneumatic ball valve e under the action of rake blade, and the pneumatic ball valve E and H are opened at the same time, the dry material enters the discharge transition bin 1, and the material in the discharge transition bin 2 is discharged out of the dryer through the pneumatic ball valve H. similarly, the dried material enters the inlet of the pneumatic ball valve G under the action of the rake blade, the pneumatic ball valve g and F are opened at the same time, and the dry material enters the discharge transition material In bin 2, the materials in the discharge transition bin 1 are discharged to the outside of the dryer through the pneumatic ball valve h. In this way, the dry materials are continuously discharged to the outer packaging of the dryer.

The sealing between the upper and lower shafts of the vacuum disc dryer requires machining accuracy. The concentricity between the upper and lower shafts can be processed by adding fillers and then mechanical seals, welding of the cylinder, testing and pressure testing of the welding seam, and control of the continuous vacuum ball valve for feeding. These are all leakage points. If every link is not in place, the vacuum degree will be affected, Therefore, it is necessary to make every link with precision to ensure the vacuum degree of high vacuum disc dryer.
