    According to the different characteristics of industrial waste water, our company has developed different drying processes, and introduced a new type of special waste water drier equipment: 1, waste liquid waste special drum scraper dryer, 2, waste water waste spray drying machine.

    1、 Drum scraper dryer for waste water and waste liquid

    Equipment Overview and structure:

    Drum scraper dryer is attached to the rotary drum cylinder, the liquid phase material in the way of heat conduction for continuous operation of drying equipment. The material film is formed on the outer wall of the drum rotating at a certain speed by the material liquid and the distributing device, and is heated by the hot drum wall of the heating medium (steam or heat conducting oil) continuously flowing in. The material film is scraped off by a scraper after drying.

    The drum scraper dryer is mainly composed of drum (including cylindrical cylinder, end cover, end shaft and bearing), film distributing device (including feed liquid pan), scraping device (including scraper, support frame with pressure regulator, etc.), transmission device (including motor and reducer), inlet and outlet device of heating medium (steam or heat transfer oil) and liquid discharge device.

    Equipment features:

    The roller has high precision and less thermal deformation. After welding, the whole drum is heat stress relieved to reduce the deformation of the cylinder. The surface of the drum is processed by rough turning, fine turning and grinding machine, which has the characteristics of high precision and small deformation in the later stage.

    The service life is long, the surface of the roller is plated with hard chromium, and the surface hardness reaches hrc60-65. Make sure that the roller is under the friction of scraper for a long time, the surface wear is small and the service life is long.

    The scraper system is reliable and adopts special pneumatic pressing device, which has the characteristics of adjustable and controllable pressing force. It can timely adjust the status of scraper according to the adhesion of materials.

    The equipment occupies less land and the investment of workshop is low.

    The equipment has low failure rate, reliable operation and simple operation.

    Low energy consumption. Due to the adoption of steam conduction heating mode, it has remarkable energy saving effect. The average steam consumption is 1.5 tons per ton of water. Compared with the traditional spray drying operation, energy saving is about 40%.

    Two. Special spray dryer for waste liquid.

    There are many kinds of spray dryers, but their working principle can be roughly divided into: centrifugal spray drying, pressure spray drying, pneumatic spray drying, pneumatic pressure mixing spray. It is a special waste water waste drying equipment which integrates evaporation, crystallization and drying.

    Spray drying machine is open type circulation, and flow type, centrifugal atomization. The air in the drying medium is filtered through a primary and medium efficiency air filter, and then pumped by a blower according to the operation instructions, then heated by a heater, and enters the spray drying main tower through the hot air distributor of the high efficiency filter. According to the operation instructions, the liquid material passes through the peristaltic pump and enters the high-speed rotating centrifugal nozzle. Under the action of centrifugal force, it is dispersed into small droplets. In the spray drying main tower, small droplets are fully contacted with the hot air, and after being heat exchanged along their specific paths, they are dried into products, then separated by cyclone separator, solid materials are collected, and the gas medium is filtered and then discharged. The whole spray system is easy to clean and has no dead angle, which is in line with GMP requirements.

    1. Core component nozzle atomizer:

    The nozzle atomizer selects different types of nozzles according to the characteristics of different materials, including atomization angle, nozzle diameter, internal structure of nozzle, etc., which are customized according to the different characteristics of materials to achieve the effect of atomization.

    2. Special design for uneven atomization in tower

    Uneven atomization: due to the unreasonable design of the air guide system, the atomization is not uniform, and there are wet materials mixed in the dried materials, resulting in unqualified products.

    In order to solve the problem of uneven atomization in the tower, our company has been exploring for a long time and has completely solved this problem. Mainly through two aspects to solve.

    First of all, according to the design of hot air distributor to improve the distribution of hot air, three-layer mesh plate, each plate has different opening direction and opening rate, so that the hot air is more uniform

    Secondly, the primary cooling air system is added to avoid the wet droplets sticking to the wall after atomization.

    3. Special design for wall sticking

    Wall sticking: the material is adsorbed on the wall of drying chamber, and the material properties are changed after staying for a long time. Caking falls into the air duct and blocks the air duct, which makes the equipment unable to operate continuously. The mixture of small pieces of material and powdery material causes the product moisture to exceed the standard.

    4. Energy saving design

    The main tower is designed into a three-layer structure, and the insulation layer is designed between the jacket and the cover, which not only saves energy, but also makes the working site not too high temperature, improves the working environment and reduces the energy consumption of the central air conditioning in the factory.

    5. Health design

    Due to the need to clear the site in chemical production, especially when changing varieties, it is necessary to clear the site. The cleaning port is designed on the tower and the thicker pipeline, and the hand hole is designed for the part easy to aggregate. The pipeline connection is convenient for disassembly and installation. The whole silica gel pad is used to clean and replace easily. The feed pipe is made of stainless steel. Stainless steel pipe is used for material contact pipe.

    6. Recycling design

    The wet dust collector is used for tail gas treatment, and the defoamer is specially designed to reduce the water loss in the process of dust removal, and further reduce the product cost if necessary. Purified water can be used as circulating water. When the material is collected to a certain concentration, it will return to the concentration process, and there will be almost no material loss.
