The raw material solution iron oxide yellow is pumped by 2, washed by water spray, scraped off the cleaned filter cake with blowing scraper, and enters into the quantitative feeder 3. Due to the rotation of the paddle, it is pressed into the auger 4. Due to the rotation of the screw conveyor 4, the material is squeezed to the external mixing atomizer 5.
The air is heated to 280-320 degrees by a hot blast stove. Through the air distribution panel 12, the spray dryer 6 with a diameter of 0.8m and a high 5.9m is placed on the air distribution board. A high strength alumina ceramic ball with a diameter of 0.5-2.8mm is placed on the air distribution board. The alumina ball in the fluidized bed is tossed violently due to the rotation of the induced draft fan. The iron yellow paste liquid is atomized and sprayed into the bed by compressed air through the external mixing atomizer, and then heated, pulverized and dried on the separator 13. The dried iron oxide yellow is discharged, and the tail gas is recovered by pulse bag filter 10.
The air inlet temperature of 280-320 ℃ and bed temperature of 95-105 ℃ are selected for the equipment, and the moisture content of finished products is less than 1%.
The sprayer is sprayed into the horizontal direction. The installation height of the sprayer should be higher than that of the static layer 20mm of the ceramic ball. The air nozzle is flat or slightly prominent with the surface.

Drying temperature at inlet of fluidized bed: 280-320 ℃
Drying temperature of fluidized bed: 80-110 ℃
Drying temperature at outlet of fluidized bed: 70-100 ℃
Temperature of bag filter: 60-90 ℃
