Vacuum rake dryer is favored by Shandong customers

The rake dryer is a novel horizontal intermittent vacuum drying equipment. The complex internal structure of vacuum rake dryer is as follows

The vacuum rake dryer consists of a motor and a motor reducer, which is connected to the rotating shaft, the outer cylinder of the rotating shaft is provided with a plurality of mixing rod shafts, the top of the cylinder is provided with a feeding port, the feed inlet end is connected with the dry dust collector, the wet dust collector is connected to the condenser, the condenser is connected by the condensate water tank, and is connected by the vacuum pump Vacuum pump and steam separator are connected. The above two heat carriers enter the open cylinder, and the lower two heat carrier outlets of the cylinder. A solvent bottom hole is arranged through the condensation water tank.

The vacuum rake dryer provides the materials to be dried into the cylinder through the inlet, and the motor drives the reducer to rotate, thus driving the shaft to rotate in reverse direction. The stirring rod is continuously stirred and the material is axially moved back and forth. In the cylinder, the material in contact with the wall is heated by indirect steam, and the mixing rod is evenly stirred, so that the surface moisture, water evaporation and other solvents pass through successively Dry deduster and wet deduster.

Condensate in the condenser, vacuum pump exit into the separator, more air and water solvent separation. Condensate and other solvents are discharged through the solvent condensate drain from the lower part of the discharge process or reused. Steam and other heat carriers enter the cylinder liner through the heat carrier inlet, and are discharged from the heat carrier outlet for recovery. The higher the vacuum degree of self operation is, the greater the steam pressure of the dried material surface is than that of the evaporation drying cabinet space in the body, which is conducive to the discharge of drying water and surface moisture, and is conducive to the drying of water molecules in the material to achieve the purpose of drying.

Advantages of vacuum rake dryer in drying materials:

1. Feed pellets or powders can be delivered to containers by vacuum or by hand.

2. With the continuous rotation of the container, the material in the container for complex impact movement, to achieve uniform mixing.

3. Energy saving, convenient operation, low labor intensity and high efficiency.

4. Automatic constant temperature control, can be adjusted to 20.

5. Compared with other dryers, its thermal efficiency will be doubled.

6. Indirect heating prevents raw materials from contamination.

7. Vacuum rake dryer features: easy washing and maintenance.

Safe operation method of vacuum rake dryer:   

1. Connect the air inlet pipe behind the vacuum rake dryer with the vacuum pump with a vacuum rubber tube, and connect the power supply of the vacuum pump.

2. Put the items to be dried into the machine, close the door of the machine, close the vent valve, open the vacuum valve, and then turn on the power supply of the vacuum pump to start pumping, so that the vacuum degree in the machine reaches - 0.1MPa, close the vacuum valve, and then turn off the power switch of the vacuum pump.   

3. After setting, all data are saved for a long time. The vacuum rake dryer enters the heating state, and the heating indicator light (green light) is on. When the temperature is close to the set temperature, the traffic lights are staggered and repeated for many times to enter the constant temperature state.   

4. Plug in the power supply, the temperature controller displays the number, and sets the temperature and heating mode (the full power heating gear can be set to 1 when the temperature is raised, and the half power heating gear is set to 2 when the temperature is constant).

5. After drying, turn off the power supply first, turn off the air release valve, remove the vacuum state in the machine, and take out the articles.
