Working principle of dehydroacetic acid dryer:
the material enters the machine from the feed inlet. Under the action of the vibration force, the material is thrown along the horizontal fluidized bed and moves forward continuously. The hot air passes through the fluidized bed upward to exchange heat with the wet material. After the wet air is removed by the cyclone separator, the exhaust air is 1:3 discharged. The dry material is discharged from the discharge inlet.

There are three braking modes of vibrating fluidized bed dryer
1. Electromagnetic braking is to lock the shaft of vibrating fluidized bed by mechanical device. Electromagnetic braking is generally started after SV and off, otherwise the amplifier may be overloaded. The dynamic brake is generally started after SV, off or main circuit is powered off, otherwise the dynamic braking resistance may overheat.
2. Regenerative braking refers to that the energy generated by the braking is fed back to the DC bus through the inverter circuit when the vibration fluidized bed decelerates or stops. After being absorbed by the resistance capacitance circuit, the regenerative braking can only work when the server is working normally. In the case of fault, emergency stop, power failure, etc., there is no legal vibration fluidized bed, and the work is carried out automatically by the system.
3. The dynamic brake is composed of dynamic braking resistor. In case of fault, emergency stop and power failure, the mechanical feed distance of vibrating fluidized bed is shortened by energy consumption braking. The dynamic brake does not need power supply and needs external relay control.
