Haomai drying makes vibration fluidized bed dryer for you

The disadvantages of traditional fluidized bed not only lie in the structure principle of the equipment itself, but also in the fact that the equipment has been serialized into several fixed specifications in China, with the same appearance and shape, ignoring the specific design for different conditions and requirements of users.

The main vulnerable parts of each fluidized bed are standardized. The company's product design concept is to strive to tailor-made design for each customer, because each customer's working conditions are different, such as: material type and physical and chemical properties, feed volume, water content, material processing process category, thermal temperature, backmixing ratio, workshop layout and space size, installation requirements, operator quality, energy category There are differences in operation convenience, capacity requirements, equipment operation continuity, equipment appearance beauty, system compactness, tail gas treatment and so on. In order to optimize these aspects in operation, it is inevitable that each fluidized bed will have shape, size, structure, length width ratio, height shape, pipeline, bed plate structure, bed partition, discharge device, feeding speed and control The difference in the degree of control and so on will require a comprehensive change in the fluidized bed and system used.

For example, for two different production requirements, drying, cooling, calcination, granulation and other processes can be realized by using the same large size bed. However, for a specific feed rate, only one size of fluidized bed is optimized. The area and ratio of length, width and height of the fluidized bed of this size are just good, the required air volume is good, the energy consumption is also low, and the product quality is good For different materials, even if the feed rate is the same, the physical and chemical properties are different, and the temperature requirements are different, which requires that the bed area, structure and shape are not the same, and targeted design must be carried out; in fact, the material types and working conditions are tens of millions, each case corresponds to a certain good fluidized bed structure and size; if If we simply fix the equipment into several models and simply select a certain specification, we can't reach the optimal operation environment and state corresponding to the material working condition.

Another example: for a material, if the required fluidized bed area is 10 m2, the corresponding fluidized bed board width can be 500 mm, 600 mm, 700 mm, 800 mm, 900 mm, 1000 mm, 1100 mm, 1200 mm, 1300 mm, 1400 mm, 1500 mm, 1600 mm, 1700 mm, 1800 mm, 1900 mm, 2000 mm, 2100 mm, 2200 mm, etc., and the corresponding length also has 18 kinds; but for the properties of this material, there are 18 kinds Only one size and shape of the fluidized bed is good, corresponding to high thermal efficiency, which can ensure that the material can obtain good treatment results under the optimal operating parameters, with low energy consumption and low heat loss; considering the requirements of airflow fluidization speed and tail gas entrainment, the height of bed also has a junction size.

For different materials, the structure of bed plate should be different. The traditional bed adopts punching plate, which has the disadvantages of leakage, low fluidization, low opening rate, unstable fluidization, easy to stick to the bed and uneven particle feeding speed. Our fluidized bed adopts more than ten kinds of high-tech bed plates to meet the fluidization requirements of different materials: fixed The bed plate with bubble cap structure, duck beak type circumferential air jet bed plate formed by stamping, bar grid bed plate, bubble bed plate, special bed plate for fine powder with small opening of woven mesh, and bed plate of circular cover type circumferential airflow air distributor, etc. Therefore, the cost of equipment installation must also be taken into account in order to optimize the layout of the equipment.
