Oilfield sludge dryer, oilfield sludge dryer design process

Oily sludge is a kind of oily solid waste produced in the process of oil exploitation, transportation, refining and oily wastewater treatment. It is a kind of pollution source with large amount and wide range, and has the characteristics of complex physical and chemical properties. Due to the difficulty of collection and treatment and the complexity of treatment process, the treatment of oily sludge has always been a great concern in oil fields.

Due to the difficulty of collection and treatment and the complexity of treatment process, the treatment of oily sludge has always been a great concern in oil fields.

1、 The drying conditions of oilfield sludge are as follows

1. Material: "sludge dryer" - oilfield sludge dryer

2. Initial moisture: ~ 40-60% (wet basis)

3. Final moisture: ~ 10% (wet basis)

4. Wet treatment capacity: ~ 3t / h

5. Dry bulk specific gravity: ~ 1.0g/cm3

6. Drying temperature: ~ 230 ℃

7. Feed temperature: ~ 20 ℃, discharge temperature: ~ 100 ℃

8. Heating mode: diesel oil heater

9. Equipment material: all made of A3 steel

10. Installation: Indoor

11. Power supply: 380V, 50Hz, three-phase, four wire

12. Environment: 20 ℃ 760mmhg, relative humidity: φ = 80%

2、 Process calculation:

1. Wet product handling capacity at 40% per hour:

G wet = 3000kg / h

2. Water evaporation per hour:

W water = 3000 × (40-10) / (100-10) = 1000 kg / h

3. 10% dry production per hour:

G dry = 3000-1000 = 2000kg / h

4. Heat required for evaporation of water:

Q1=1000×595=595000kcal/h

5. Heat required for material heating:

Q2=2000×0.4×(100-20)=64000kcal/h

6. Heat required for temperature rise of moisture in wet materials:

Q3=3000×0.4×1×(100-20)=96000kcal/h

7. Calculation of dryer area:

Q total = 755000 kcal / h

Q = Ka △ TM, where k is 70kcal / m2. ℃

The actual 10% allowance is 104m2

To be selected: kjg-52m2 oil sludge special dryer 2 sets

8. 1 set of diesel oil heater (provided by the user)

(1) Total heat required by the system q = 755000 kcal / h,

(2) Model: yyw-1000yq

(3) Heating capacity: 800000 kcal / h

(4) High temperature: 320 ℃

(5) Oil content: 0.72m3

(6) Circulation flow: 100m3 / h

(7) Installed power: 23KW

(8) Diesel consumption: 87kg / h

(9) Dimensions: (length * width * height) = 3500 * 1700 * 2000mm

3、 Oil field sludge dryer selection:

According to the material drying requirements: two kjg-52 sludge dryers are to be selected

(1) Working principle:

The hollow shaft is densely arranged with wedge-shaped hollow blades. The heat transfer oil flows through the hollow shaft and the heat transfer area per unit effective volume is large. The heat transfer medium flows through the shell jacket and the hollow stirring shaft through the rotary joint. The hollow stirring shaft has different internal structures according to the type of hot medium, so as to ensure the good heat transfer effect.

When the blade and jacket are heated by hot medium, the upper part of the outlet is dehumidified at the same time, which greatly increases the drying strength of the equipment. The evaporated water is taken out of the dryer by the dehumidification fan.

(2) Equipment features:

(1) Low energy consumption of dryer: due to indirect heating, there is no large amount of air to take away heat, and the outer wall of dryer is provided with insulation layer, so the heat loss is very small.

(2) The cost of the blade dryer system is low: the unit effective volume has a huge heat transfer surface, which shortens the processing time. The size of the equipment is smaller and the floor area is reduced.

(3) A wide range of processing materials: using different thermal media, it can handle both heat sensitive materials and materials requiring high temperature treatment.

(4) Small environmental pollution: the amount of carrying air is very small, and the dust material is very little.

(5) The operation cost is low.

(6) Stable operation: due to the special compression expansion mixing effect of wedge blade, the material particles fully contact with the heat transfer area, and the temperature, humidity, mixing temperature and gradient of the material are very small in the axial range, thus ensuring the stability of the process.

Technical improvement of special paddle dryer for oilfield sludge

(1) Because there are other particles in the drying process, it is easy to wear the weld through by long-term friction. Therefore, double-layer welding is adopted, which has good pressure resistance and wear resistance.

(2) Feed back device is added at the feed end to prevent the material from running into the packing seal and prolong the service life.

(3) Hot air supplement is added to the upper cover of the main engine, which speeds up the drying speed.

(4) Single head in and out to reduce the heat expansion and cold contraction of the drive end.
