Enzyme dryer:

The special dryer for enzyme preparation developed by our company adopts fully enclosed form, all parts are made of stainless steel, equipped with three-stage purification device, and the filtered air can meet the requirements of class 100000. A cold wall device is installed on the cylinder and the top to make the wall temperature less than 80 ℃, and the air brush tower device is installed in the drying tower. The product dried by this machine will not appear coking deterioration, greatly increase the powder collection rate (more than 95%), and there will be no mixture phenomenon and wall sticking phenomenon.

1、 Production requirements:

1. The air entering the tower is filtered by three effects: primary efficiency, medium efficiency, high temperature and high efficiency.

2. The drying tower is running under micro positive pressure. The raw air will not be polluted.

3. The internal and external polishing treatment of equipment pipeline, some quick opening cleaning holes are set on the pipeline.

2. The diameter and height of the tower are enlarged correspondingly, and the taper is reduced to prevent the accumulation and coking of materials.

3. The vertical cylinder and cone of the tower adopt pneumatic percussion device to prevent dust adsorption. The cone is cooled by jacket cold air.
