New type of oil and gas mixed transportation pump to solve oil transportation problem

Recently, a new type of oil-gas mixed transportation pump has been successfully applied in the second oil production plant of Zhongyuan Oilfield. It can directly transport the mixture of crude oil, water and gas produced from the oil well after boosting, which has the effect of reducing the production pressure at the wellhead, increasing the oil well production and prolonging the life of the oil well.



The pump is installed in the oil well outlet pipeline and can be used for crude oil transportation with large gas content and high impurity content. Through its own internal circulation and automatic compensation system, it can solve the problems of seal leakage and pump efficiency reduction in the process of using oil pump.



In addition, for the remote oil wells or the wells with very viscous oil, the pump uses the mixed transportation pump as the relay pump, which can boost the oil production to the required pressure of the main pipeline, so as to solve the oil transportation problem of such wells.
