1、 Project Overview:
Haomai drying jet air dryer is mainly used for fiberboard, gypsum board, carton board, pulp mold, coating drying and so on. It is also suitable for the drying of sheet materials and some special materials. The working principle of jet air dryer, gypsum board jet airflow dryer and fiberboard jet airflow dryer is to dry wet materials in two steps. The raw materials are first dried by the mixture of high temperature and low humidity exhaust gas and hot gas supplement gas for primary positive pressure drying. The used high humidity and low temperature tail gas is discharged out of the machine. The dried semi-finished products are dried by fresh hot air under secondary negative pressure, and the dried finished products are metered and packaged, so as to complete a good cycle drying process. The supplementary hot air can be adjusted according to the need, so the machine has wide applicability.
