1、 How it works

The hot air entering the air distribution from the tangent line enters the dryer at high speed from the bottom of the cone, which forms a strong rotating wind field driven by the stirring. The materials fed into the dryer by the screw feeding are broken into small pieces under the action of the agitator. They are fully contacted with the hot air, heated and dried, and collided and rubbed with each other under the strong centrifugal effect, and are in the fluidization state. (the high temperature zone from the feed port to the bottom of drying is also called "fluidization section") Most of the water in the material evaporates in the fluidization section. The dried particles are carried into the upper drying section by hot air and continue to dry in the cyclone field.

There is a ring baffle on the upper part of the dryer -- Classification (the above of the classifier is called "grading section"). For those materials with large particles or large water content, due to the centrifugal force, they are thrown to the dryer cylinder wall, blocked back to the drying section by the classifier, and then dried again. Only those materials that have reached the degree of drying and smaller particle size are brought out from the inner hole of the classifier ring with hot air and enter into the cyclone Separation. The dried product is continuously discharged and bagged from the star unloader. The hot and humid air is discharged by bag dedusting and induced draft fan.
