Technology of iron oxide red dryer

In the past, the traditional "small workshop" mode took at least three to four days to complete such a production cycle. The core of the new process is to use the belt dryer drying process to directly replace the original small workshop drying process, so as to reduce the traditional drying room link. The new process not only improves the production efficiency, but also greatly improves the production environment, and the qualified rate of finished products is significantly improved, and the color of products is more stable.

At the same time, due to the closed operation of the whole equipment and the realization of automatic operation, the phenomenon of large amount of dust floating almost disappeared. In addition, another benefit of the new technology of dryer is the obvious reduction of energy consumption. The unit consumption of steam, one of the main energy sources consumed in the production process, has dropped from 1.51 tons to 1.25 tons now, with a reduction rate of 17%. The success of pigments comes from the long-term innovation accumulation of enterprises. The company has tried new paddle and disc dryer and other innovative processes, and achieved good results. At the beginning of this year, their technical transformation project of replacing the original back drying process with belt dryer for iron oxide red was a success. Now, the pigment is carefully collecting some technical parameters of two improvements, ready to further expand the application of this achievement.
