There are two or four hollow rotating shafts inside the equipment. The hollow shafts are densely arranged with wedge-shaped hollow blades in parallel. The structure design is special and ingenious. By using the principle and structure of the same angular velocity but different linear velocity, the self cleaning function of the sludge on the shaft body is skillfully achieved, and the phenomenon of "axle holding" in the process of sludge drying is largely prevented. At a high speed, the sludge quickly flushes through the "sticky phase area" in the drying process. At the same time, the ingenious structure makes the sludge achieve bidirectional shear state in the drying process. The dried sludge is quantitatively and continuously fed into the feeding port of the dryer by the screw feeder. The sludge enters the back of the dryer, and the sludge is turned and stirred by the rotation of the paddle blade. The heating interface is constantly updated and contacted with the device body and paddle blades. It is fully heated to evaporate the surface water contained in the sludge.
At the same time, the sludge is transported to the outlet in a spiral track with the rotation of the impeller blade shaft, and the mixing is continued during the conveying, so that the water seeping from the sludge continues to evaporate. ^After that, the qualified products dried evenly are discharged from the outlet.
