Vibrating fluidized bed dryer

When the particles are dried in the ordinary fluidized bed dryer, the particles should be uniform and have certain specifications, otherwise, the channel flow and hysteresis zone will be formed. When the particle size distribution is wide, the entrainment is serious, and when the humidity is high, it is easy to agglomerate. Because of the backmixing of particles, the distribution range of particle residence time is large, and the particle moisture content is uneven, so the application scope of ordinary fluidized bed dryer is limited Around. In order to overcome its shortcomings, a lot of research has been done abroad in improving the performance of fluidized bed dryer. Especially in today's energy shortage, it is of great significance to strengthen mass transfer and heat transfer process, save energy and improve quality, so that the fluidized bed dryer has a wide range of adaptability and economic rationality. The vibrating fluidized bed dryer has the advantages of advanced design, reliable quality, wide range of application, remarkable energy saving and the advantages of drying materials that are difficult to dry on other dryers. Therefore, the vibrating fluidized bed dryer is generally welcomed by various industries.

Principle and structure of vibrating fluidized bed dryer

The vibrating fluidized bed dryer is a vibrating motor which produces exciting force to make the machine vibrate. The material jumps forward under the action of the vibration force in the given direction. At the same time, the hot air input from the bottom of the vibrating fluidized bed drying machine makes the material in the fluidized state, and the material particles fully contact with the hot air, so as to achieve the ideal drying effect. The material enters from the material inlet of the vibrating fluidized bed dryer. The material on the vibrating groove of the vibrating fluidized bed dryer is in orthogonal contact with the hot air flowing into the lower part of the vibration groove. The wet air is led out by the induced air, and the dry material is discharged from the discharge port.

Application and main characteristics of vibrating fluidized bed dryer

Vibrating fluidized bed dryer is widely used in drying, cooling and humidifying of powdery and granular materials in chemical industry, light industry, medicine, food, plastics, grain and oil, slag, salt making, tobacco and sugar industries, and also for drying, cooling and humidifying. Its characteristics are as follows:

Vibration fluidized bed dryer is driven by vibration motor, which has the advantages of stable operation, low noise, long service life and convenient maintenance.

The vibration of the vibration fluidized bed dryer makes the material easy to reach the fluidization state and increases the effective heat transfer coefficient, so the thermal efficiency is high. The bed temperature distribution is uniform without local overheating. The fluidization is uniform without dead angle and blow through. Vibration plays the role of transmission, and also helps to save energy. It can save energy by 30-60% compared with general drying device.

3. The thickness of the material layer and the moving speed and amplitude in the machine can be adjusted steplessly, with good adjustability and wide application area.

4. The material surface damage is small, which can be used for drying fragile materials, and can also be used when the material particles are irregular, without affecting the effect.

5. The vibration fluidized bed dryer adopts a fully enclosed structure, which effectively prevents the cross pollution between materials and the outside world, cleans the environment and improves the working conditions.

Vibration promotes fluidization, which reduces air demand and particle entrainment rate.
