The material is filled from the upper end and enters the heat carrier from the low end, forming countercurrent contact. With the rotation of the drum, the material moves under the influence of low gravity. The heat carrier for drying wet materials is heated in the forward process. The plate installed on the inner wall of the drum can make the material fully contact with the heating flow, improve the drying rate and promote the material handling. The heat carrier is generally divided into hot air, flue gas, etc. after heating, the carrying agent passes through the roller, and the material dust is usually collected by the cyclone.
