Working principle of domestic sludge drying and dewatering equipment:
Its structure is that wedge-shaped hollow blades are densely arranged on the hollow shaft, and the heat transfer area per unit effective volume is large. The hot medium can be steam, heat transfer oil and other carriers, and the service temperature is 18-230 ℃. Since the sludge from domestic water treatment or printing and dyeing wastewater is paste or slurry, the wedge-shaped blade heat transfer surface is adopted in the design of sludge dryer. The continuous relative movement between paste or slurry sludge and wedge-shaped blade surface produces a scouring effect. Therefore, the wedge-shaped heat transfer surface of equipment has good self-cleaning function whether the sludge is granular, powdery, paste or slurry. In addition to the wedge-shaped hollow paddle drive shaft, the shell of the sludge dryer is circular at the bottom and rectangular at the upper part. There are 2-4 hollow mixing shafts arranged in the shell, and there is a sealing end cover between the shaft and the shell. The upper cover can prevent the material dust from leaking out and collect the wet steam at the same time. In order to ensure the drying effect, the material level baffle is set at the outlet to ensure the material level height, so that the heat transfer surface is covered by materials and the heat transfer effect is fully exerted. The heat transfer medium (steam or heat transfer oil) of the dryer enters the dense hollow blades on the shaft through the rotary joint at the shaft end, and the shell jacket and the hollow shaft heat the material at the same time.
The evaporated water is taken out of the dryer by the tail gas, filtered by the bag filter, and the dried fine powder is recovered. The wet air is discharged out of the room by the induced draft fan after water dedusting.

1. Low energy consumption of pulp leaf dryer: due to indirect heating, there is no large amount of air to take away heat, and the outer wall of the dryer is provided with insulation layer, so 1.2kg steam is needed to evaporate 1kg water for slurry materials.
2. The cost of the pulp dryer system is low: the unit effective volume has a huge heat transfer surface, which shortens the processing time and reduces the equipment size. It greatly reduces the building area and building space.
3. A wide range of materials processing: the use of different media, not only can deal with heat sensitive materials, but also can deal with high temperature materials. Common media are: steam, thermal oil, hot water, cooling water, etc. It can be operated continuously or intermittently, and can be used in many fields.
4. Low environmental pollution: little air carried, little dust carried. Closed circuit circulation can be used for contaminated materials or solvent recovery.
5. Low operating cost: the equipment operates normally, only 1 person / day. Low speed stirring and reasonable structure. The wear is small and the maintenance cost is very low.
Stable operation: due to the special compression expansion mixing effect of wedge-shaped blade, the material particle composition contacts with the heat transfer surface. In the axial range, the temperature, humidity and mixing temperature gradient of the material are very small, thus ensuring the stability of the process.
Enough heating time can effectively eliminate virus and bacteria, and meet the requirements of environmental protection standards.
The solid content of the dried sludge is high (^ up to 90%).
