Overview of pesticide:pesticide refers to a class of drugs used to kill insects, kill bacteria and kill harmful animals (or weeds) in agricultural production in order to protect and promote the growth of plants and crops. It is used in agriculture to control diseases and insect pests, regulate plant growth and weed control.

According to the source of raw materials, it can be divided into organic pesticides, inorganic pesticides, botanical pesticides and microbial pesticides. In addition, there are insect hormones. It can be divided into powder, wettable powder, soluble powder, emulsion, emulsifiable oil, concentrated emulsion, cream, paste, colloid, fumigant, fumigant, aerosol, oil, granule and microparticle. Combined with Germany's advanced pesticide drying technology, the pesticide special dryer has reasonable structure, stable operation, simple operation, wear resistance and durability, higher heat utilization rate and better drying effect. The pesticide dryer produced by our company can also be used for drying materials in cement, mining, building materials, chemical industry, grain, compound fertilizer production and other industries. The pesticide flash dryer is mainly composed of cylinder device, front and rear supporting wheel device, feeding and discharging device, transmission device and gear cover, etc.

The operation steps of pesticide rotary flash dryer are as follows:  preparatory work: firstly, check the two fans (induced draft fan and blower) of flash dryer, check whether there is any abnormality under the condition of manual rotation, if there is any abnormality, immediately report for repair. After that, the mixing should be able to rotate by hand, and open the bin door for inspection. If the material is not blocked and the air inlet groove is unblocked, the next step of work can be carried out if all are normal. If it is found that the mixing chamber is blocked after opening the bin door, the next step can be carried out after cleaning and keeping the air duct unblocked.

Start up: first, turn on the induced draft fan of flash dryer. Due to the high power of the motor, star delta conversion is adopted for starting, and the time is relatively long. Therefore, attention should be paid to the indication of ammeter. When the current drops, the next operation can be carried out. Otherwise, the fault will occur due to excessive bus current. Then start the blower, when the current drops, start mixing, feeding, fan off and other equipment.

Feeding: first open the compressed air valve and the pulse power switch, open the steam valve, control the temperature of the air inlet to the appropriate range, then turn on the start button of the frequency converter, open the frequency conversion feeder, and then continuously add the materials to be dried into the hopper. Pay attention to the temperature indication of the air inlet and mixing chamber during drying. The temperature of the air inlet is related to the pressure in the steam pipe network, so it should be adjusted in a proper range. The temperature of the mixing chamber is related to the drying and wetting of the material and the feeding speed. The feeding speed should be adjusted regularly to keep the temperature of the mixing chamber within the specified range. In the drying process, should often pay attention to close the fan outlet, discharge should be normal, if the discharge stop, the use of wooden hammer knock to make the material fall, if not, should stop the machine, turn on the fan to tamp down the material.

Shutdown: after drying, the feed should be closed and the steam should be turned off to make the machine air blow for about 10 minutes. The remaining materials in the machine should be blown and the temperature in the machine should be lowered before the machine can be shut down. The flash dryer can be stopped in the reverse direction when starting. After shutdown, the material in the catcher should be cleaned before leaving.

The main features of pesticide rotary flash dryer are as follows:

1. A variety of feeding devices are available for selection. The feeding is continuous and stable, and there is no bridging phenomenon in the process.

2. A special cooling device is set at the bottom of the dryer to avoid the deterioration of materials in the high temperature area at the bottom.

3. Special pneumatic sealing device and bearing cooling device can effectively prolong the service life of transmission part.

4. The special air distribution device reduces the resistance of the equipment and effectively provides the processing air volume of the dryer.

5. The drying chamber is equipped with a grading ring and a swirl plate, and the fineness and final moisture of the material can be adjusted. (for example, the final moisture content of calcium carbonate can be adjusted to ≤ 0.1%)

6. Compared with other drying methods, it can effectively increase the specific gravity of materials.

7. High circumferential gas velocity in drying chamber and short residence time of materials can effectively prevent materials from sticking to walls and deterioration of heat sensitive materials, and achieve high efficiency, fast, small equipment and large-scale production.

8. Hot air enters the mixing and crushing drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer at an appropriate spouting speed from the inlet pipe, which exerts strong shearing, blowing and rotating effects on the materials. As a result, the materials are divided and micronized by centrifugation, shearing, collision and friction, thus enhancing mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, the larger and wetter particles are mechanically broken under the action of the agitator, and the particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are entrained and lifted by the rotating airflow, and further dried in the rising process. Due to the rotating flow of gas and solid, the inertia of solid phase is greater than that of gas phase, and the relative velocity of solid phase and gas phase is larger, so the mass transfer and heat transfer between two phases are strengthened, so the production intensity of the machine is high.
