working principle:
Hot air enters the mixing and crushing drying room from the bottom of the dryer at an appropriate spouting speed from the air inlet. Therefore, the materials are granulated by centrifugation, shearing, collision and friction, thus strengthening the mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, larger and wetter particles are mechanically broken under the action of the agitator. The particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are entrained and lifted by the rotating air flow. During the rising process, the gas-solid phase flows in a rotating way, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase, and the relative velocity of the solid and gas phases is relatively large, so the heat transfer effect between the two phases is enhanced, so the drying of the machine is strong High degree.
